This role oversees weekly gatherings, student leadership development, school outreach, and parent partnerships. With a focus on evangelism, discipleship, and next steps, the leader plays a key part in guiding students to know and follow Jesus while supporting the broader mission of Veneration Church.

Full-Time Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports the Lead and Executive Pastors by managing calendars, communications, operations, and ministry logistics. This role ensures church leaders can focus on teaching, leadership, and shepherding by handling key administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism. Strong organization, communication skills, and a heart for servant leadership are essential for success in this position.

Full or Part-time Worship Leader

We're seeking a passionate Worship Leader who has been called to the ministry and desires to help cultivate a culture of authentic, God-centered worship. This role includes leading Sunday services, developing worship teams, managing Planning Center, and partnering with staff to create gospel-driven environments. Full-time or part-time options available. 

Part-Time Women’s Ministry Director

The Women’s Ministry Director leads and supports the women of Veneration Church through intentional discipleship, teaching, and care. This role combines administrative and leadership responsibilities to foster gospel-centered community, spiritual growth, and unity. By equipping leaders, developing relationships, and coordinating ministry activities, the director ensures the women’s ministry thrives in alignment with the church’s mission and values.
